- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Identify problems affecting current or future performance of equipment and identify sales opportunities
- Provide customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, quality, cost and other comfort improvements and collect payment
- Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers
Qualifications
Enjoy communicating with and advising customers
Mechanically inclined, willing to earn while you learn
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces
Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
