Job Description
An electrical subcontracting firm located in Fairview Heights, IL is seeking a dedicated, organized and efficient Project Manager Assistant to join our team full time. In this role you will support the project managers with the administrative duties of assigned projects. Candidate will be required to ensure accuracy of the financial records associated with the project. Responsibilities would be to enter accounts payable daily, prepare purchase orders, create invoices, enter accounts receivable, and assist with other daily office duties. In this role, the candidate would eventually be trained in union payroll and monthly reporting of union fringe benefits.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred. Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as good time management are required.
