Job Description
Looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping tam at the Original Springs Hotel in Okawville, IL to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
- Sanitize, clean and tidy guest rooms/public areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication with guests and team members
- Record all services rooms
-Maintain equipment in good condition
-Report on any damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests' complaints/requests and inform supervisor
-Restock supplies
- Assist with laundry when needed
