Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards in a safe manner.
Skills Needed:
- Ability to follow work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards
- Ability to communicate, read and write in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to use various measuring instruments
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read a blueprint
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools
Qualifications
Experience or Education:
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to exert physical force to push, pull, lift or carry 55 lbs. regularly

This is a 3rd shift position: 10:30pm - 7:00am

Starting pay for this position is $20.25 per hour; $21.25 per hour after six months and then topping out at the union scale after 1 year, which at this time is $23.91 per hour. In addition, a $2.00 per hour shift premium will be paid for 3rd shift.
