Job Description

Germantown Trust & Savings Bank is growing our ag lending team and we're looking for someone who understand agriculture and values relationships.

As a leader in agricultural lending in Clinton County, GTSB offers the opportunity to work with an established ag customer base while cultivating new business in a community-focused, relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

1. An agricultural background, ag degree, and/or lending experience
2. Strong relationship-building skills
3. A desire to grow with a stable, local community bank
