This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you will work with steel, equipment, and tools in an active shop environment. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals looking for stable work and growth.
What You’ll Do
-Assist with steel processing and fabrication
-Perform or learn basic welding (MIG)
-Operate or assist with forklifts and material handling equipment
-Support equipment setup, maintenance, and general shop work

This is a hands-on shop role in a startup manufacturing environment. You will not be limited to a single task. Team members are expected to support different areas of the shop as needed.
This position is NOT a fit if you:
-Only want to perform one specific task
-Are not comfortable with physical or hands-on work
-Prefer a highly structured or office-type environment
-Are not willing to adapt to changing priorities
