Job Description

***$5,000 Sign-On Bonus***

• Primary nurse for adult Behavioral Health Clinic.
• Responsible for providing direct patient care.
• Assists providers with referrals, and prescriptions, and provides patient education.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing or a minimum of high school graduate with completion of fundamentals in the school of nursing.
• Current licensure with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
• Six months of experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic principles involved in nursing care.

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time Days
• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• $21.50 – $31.18
